Editorial direction: CAD 350; one 60-minute online discussion; priorities note and 1 content brief; 1 round of revisions; delivery target of 4 business days. Editable planning documents are included.
Editorial plan: CAD 790; one 60-minute online discussion; up to 6 briefs and an 8-week schedule; 2 rounds of revisions; delivery target of 7 business days. Editable planning documents are included.
Working playbook: CAD 1,490; two 60-minute online discussions; up to 12 briefs, a 12-week schedule and review guidance; 2 rounds of revisions; delivery target of 10 business days. Editable planning documents are included.
Amounts are in Canadian dollars for the listed scope. The written quote confirms the final total and applicable tax treatment before commitment. Each package covers one organization, one primary audience and one planning cycle in English.
Documents and discussions
All packages include an editorial priorities note and content briefs. Editorial plan includes an eight-week publication schedule. Working playbook includes a twelve-week schedule and review guidance. A brief relates to one agreed content piece; it is not the finished piece.
Online discussions are scheduled by agreement. A schedule describes a planning horizon, not a period of ongoing production or management support.
Materials and decisions
The advice uses materials and business context you provide. Assumptions and missing evidence are identified. Your team confirms source information, responsibilities and final publishing decisions.
Scope and results
Full article writing, design, publication, paid promotion and ongoing management are outside the packages. Independent audience or market research and specialist fact checking are not included. The service does not guarantee traffic, sales or other performance results.
Revisions and delivery
A revision round is one set of consolidated comments within the agreed audience, objective and documents. Additional audiences, briefs, materials or planning cycles are scoped and quoted before being added.
Delivery targets begin after confirmation, receipt of complete materials and completion of the agreed discussions. Availability, discussion dates and delivery dates are confirmed before work starts. Missing information or a scope change may require an agreed date adjustment.
Payment and cancellation
These pages do not process payments. Payment arrangements and cancellation terms are confirmed before the engagement, with regard to the rights applicable to the agreement.
Materials and confidentiality
The sharing method and confidentiality arrangements are agreed before sensitive materials are exchanged. Provide only material you can share and remove unnecessary personal information.
